Kuwait Airways flies to Salalah three flights per week

Kuwait Airways launched its first scheduled summer flights to the city of Salalah in the Sultanate of Oman with three flights per week on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. They shared that the company said that the selection of Salalah as a destination came after comprehensive research of the feasibility of this destination in general, and the extent of its demand, which is becoming increasingly popular among valued customers, especially during the summer season, due to the various attributes of Salalah, such as its moderate climate, touristic attractions, historical and cultural landmarks, as well as its greenery and picturesque nature. Kuwait Airways had previously announced its flight schedule for the 2024 summer travel season which includes the launch of new destinations such as Antalya with two flights per week, Bodrum with three flights per week, Trabzon with three flights per week, Sharm El Sheikh with two flights per week, Malaga with three flights per week, Nice with two flights per week and Sarajevo with three flights per week, bringing the operation of flights to 55 destinations and the average number of flights per day to 52 flights during the summer season. Kuwait Airways has perceived the necessity to increase the frequency of its flights, to operate additional flights to certain destinations, such as London, Amsterdam, Munich, Vienna, and Geneva, and to cater to the increasing demand for these European destinations and to other destinations witnessing extensive demand during the summer, such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Manchester. Kuwait Airways signs rail service agreement with Flex flight operated Deutsche Bahn AG Germany

Kuwait Airways new rail service agreement with Flex flight operated by Deutsche Bahn will connect German cities such as Munich, Bremen, Munster, Hannover, Cologne, Duesseldorf, Stuttgart, Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin, Hamburg, and Nuremberg via Frankfurt, and rail routes: German Rail (QYG) via Frankfurt or Munich or Amsterdam. The company added that Kuwait Airways passengers could book rail services directly through the company’s website or electronic application or the various reservation channels of travel agents. As part of Kuwait Airways’ efforts to develop and include new services for its esteemed customers, the company announces the signing of an agreement with Flex Flight (W2), which will enable the Blue Bird customers to book German Rail Services operated by Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) and number of cities that Kuwait Airways operates starting from June 2024. In this regard Kuwait Airways stated, “As part of its relentless endeavours to provide exceptional and diverse services to its valued customers, Kuwait Airways is pleased to announce that it has signed this important agreement with Flex Flight to book on the German Rail Services operated Deutsche Bahn AG (DB). Kuwait Airways launches its summer schedule for 2024, Turkey, Egypt, Spain and Italy top destinations

Kuwait Airways announced the launch of its summer schedule for the 2024 season. They will launch numerous destinations during the summer, namely Antalya with two flights per week, Bodrum with three flights per week, Trabzon with three flights per week, Sharm El-Sheikh, with two flights per week, Malaga with three flights per week, and Nice with two flights per week, thus expanding its operations to 54 destinations during the summer season, in addition to its scheduled flights to permanent destinations. As part of its 2024 summer schedule, Kuwait Airways will focus on destinations that are witnessing a huge demand from customers travelling from within the State of Kuwait and will experience an extensive demand to travel, especially during the summer season, from June to September 2024. They had launched numerous diverse destinations and operated to new markets last year, to meet the requirements and preferences of its valued customers and to provide them with different options, in accordance with its efforts to expand its network of routes around the world. Moreover, the company has, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, and in close coordination with the operational departments are finalizing preparations for the summer operations, for providing its services and assisting the Blue Bird guests at Terminal 4 with distinguished, and exceptional facilities. Kuwait Airways inaugurates a new sales office

As part of its continuous endeavour to provide the best services to its valued customers and to facilitate communication with them, Kuwait Airways has inaugurated its new Sales Office located at the Assima Mall. The office timings for client services are from Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and from 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM during Fridays and Saturdays, where the office is expected to provide services to more than 100 customers a day. The opening of this office will be followed by opening of the company’s Sales Offices in the Al Kout Mall.  The company will also be aiming to open a branch in the Jahra region soon. On the sidelines of the inauguration of the new office, Kuwait Airways organized the Customer Day initiative, which includes an initiative devised to closely identify the requirements of its customers, with the participation of the Executive Management and headed by Kuwait Airways’ Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Maen Razouqi. This initiative, which was recently organized by the company at the opening of the Sabah Al-Salem branch, mainly aims to provide a tangible and unique experience for decision-makers from the Executive Management, to work side by side with the employees of the company’s various departments, and will include receiving customers at the Assima branch, coinciding with the opening of the Sales Office. Kuwait Airways hosts the Arab carriers organisation meeting to discuss latest digital transformation systems in the aviation sector

Kuwait Airways opened the Arab Air Carrier’s Organization (AACO) meeting on digital transformation in the aviation sector, which was organized in the State of Kuwait, in the presence of various experts and specialists in the air transport sector during the period from 5- 6 September 2023. The meeting discussed the latest mechanisms for digital transformation and artificial intelligence and focused on the methods to develop and improve this aspect in the air transport sector, as well as to follow the most important methods in the Middle East region. Kuwait Airways Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Maen Razouqi, welcomed the attendees and stated, “We are pleased to host this important meeting, which is being held in the State of Kuwait. Kuwait Airways inaugurates its sales office in Sabah Al Salem

As part of its continuous endeavor to provide the best services to its valued customers and to facilitate communication with them, Kuwait Airways inaugurated its new Sales Office at the Sabah Al Salem area. The office timings for client services are from 9 AM until 4:30 PM, through the week, except for Fridays and Saturdays. Moreover, the working hours will be extended in the coming period, where the office is expected to provide services to more than 100 customers a day. The opening of this office will be followed by opening of the company’s Sales Offices in the Assima Mall and the Al Kout Mall.  The company will also be aiming to open a branch in the Jahra region soon. Kuwait Airways launches flights to Athens, Greece

Kuwait Airways announced the launch of its first flights to the city of Athens, Greece with two flights per week on Fridays and Mondays, commencing from 16 June 2023. The Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways, Eng. Maen Razouqi stated, “Kuwait Airways is pleased to launch its first scheduled commercial flights to the city of Athens in the Republic of Greece as part of the implementation of its objectives to launch new and permanent destinations that was announced earlier.” Razouqi added, “The city of Athens is an excellent summer destination, both for travel and tourism. It is considered as one of the most beautiful cites in the world, famous for its history, rich culture and ancient heritage dating back to centuries. Kuwait Airways launches flights to Antalya

​As part of Kuwait Airways’ continuous efforts to expand its network of destinations and develop its services to the highest levels of quality, the company announced the launch of its first scheduled commercial flights to the city of Antalya in the Republic of Turkey, with two flights a week on Mondays and Thursdays, commencing from 1 June 2023, and as part of its summer schedule for this year.  The Director of Network Planning at Kuwait Airways, Mrs. Shorouk Al-Awadhi stated, “We are pleased to announce the launch of our first scheduled flights to the city of Antalya in Turkey. Kuwait Airways inks deal with Acibadem hospitals to provide medical services to premium class passengers

​Within the framework of Kuwait Airways’ relentless endeavours to provide the best services to its valued customers, and with the advent of the summer travel season of 2023, along with the growth of passenger traffic, KAC announced the signing of an agreement with the Turkish healthcare group, Acibadem Hospitals, to provide discounts on medical services and to examine emergency cases for its Premium Class customers of Royal, First, and Business classes in the city of Istanbul from 1st July 2023. In this regard, the Head of the Medical Center at Kuwait Airways, Dr Mohammad Al-Qenai stated, “Kuwait Airways continues its unremitting efforts to provide various diverse services to its valued customers, as the company signed an agreement with Acibadem Hospitals, one of the largest providers of health care services and treatment regionally. This service will be provided to Kuwait Airways’ customers from the start of the summer travel season of 2023, witnessing the growth of travel and passenger traffic. Kuwait Airways inaugurates the Elite lounge at Terminal 4 for Royal and First Class passengers

Kuwait Airways announced the inauguration of its Elite Lounge at the Terminal 4, designated for Royal and First Class passengers, in addition to Platinum Card holders of the Oasis Club. The Elite Lounge was inaugurated by Kuwait Airways Chairman, Captain Ali M. Al-Dukhan, KAC’s Board Members, and the Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways, Eng. Maen Razouqi, in the presence of the Acting Director General of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Mr. Saleh Al-Fadaghi, the Director General of the General Department of Airport Security at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Essa Al-Failakawi, the CEO of Incheon Korea Airports Management Company, Mr. Jung June Ahn and various officials representing Kuwait Airways, Civil Aviation and the Ministry of Interior.  As part of the inauguration, a tour of the lounge was conducted for the officials, highlighting the various services available to the customers.
