New destination to open in the East Coast, Khorfakkan Hotel & Water Park

One of the latest projects coming up in the Eastern coast is the new Khorfakkan Hotel and Waterpark which is located on a reclaimed land opposite to the Khorfakkan Port. The development features a hotel, waterpark and retail area that will maximize connectivity to the beach. These functions are located on the front edge and create a direct link to the sea. A marina front will be developed, allowing the fully take advantage of the plot, and will include a yacht bay along with branded residences facing the marina port. The 75 key hotel will feature all facilities including a gym, spa etc and the main attraction will be the water park and the mall which will bring in more visitors both international and domestic. Majid Al Futtaim signs deal with Immersive Gamebox to launch interactive digital smart rooms in UAE

The partnership underscores Majid Al Futtaim’s commitment to evolving and diversifying its offering in line with customer preferences and emerging trends. IGB (formerly known as Electric Gamebox) is a leading immersive      gaming company which designs and develops interactive digital smart rooms called ‘Gameboxes’     , catering      for groups of two to six players per Gamebox. The platform is a completely new genre of group entertainment featuring cutting-edge technologies, including      patented touch screens, 3D motion tracking and      surround sound      to deliver a hyper-immersive shared gaming experience     . IGB has a growing library of licensed and original IP games created by its in-house studio. VOX Cinemas to broadcast Coldplay worldwide live concert with special guest Jin from BTS across MENA region

VOX Cinemas is excited to announce that Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres’ World Tour special from Buenos Aires, with a special guest appearance from BTS member Jin, will be broadcasted live across its cinemas in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt and Lebanon on Saturday, 29 October. With this worldwide broadcast of the band’s sold-out concert from Argentina, Coldplay fans across 70+ countries can unite and experience their favourite band’s record-breaking world tour on the big screen. Majid Al Futtaim Distribution is proud to announce a new distribution partnership with Universal Pictures International, the international distribution arm of Universal Pictures. Effective February 1, 2023, Universal movies will now be released in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the GCC and Egypt by Majid Al Futtaim Distribution, one of the largest film distributors in the region and a subsidiary of Majid Al Futtaim Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas. This new deal realigns the release of Universal Pictures International movies in the Middle East and will see Majid Al Futtaim release such titles as M. Hard Rock café in DXB from November 2018

Dubai Airports has finalised an agreement with Hard Rock International and their regional franchise partners that will see the former launch its first Hard Rock Cafe, opening early November in DXB’s Concourse B. The new location will feature a licensed restaurant, grab and go food, live entertainment, rock memorabilia and a Rock Shop loaded with its world-famous merchandise. Hard Rock Cafe will be located in Terminal 3 B Gates, adding to DXB’s remarkable array of leisure and entertainment offerings, which include over 100 eating options for passengers, catering to all tastes and budgets. Hard Rock International is one of the world’s most globally recognised brands, famous for its collectible fashion and music-related merchandise, memorable dining experiences and live music performances which will complement Dubai Airports’ musicDXB programme.
