Oman Airports launched new e-gate system at Muscat International Airport to enhance the travel experience and streamline travel procedures in collaboration with Royal Oman Police. This includes smart electronic gates for departing and arriving passengers so that it will significantly improve and smoothen the travel experience. This project comes within the plans of Oman Airports to accelerate travel operations and procedures as part of its goal for Oman Vision 2040.

During the meeting, the airlines discussed their future prospects as national carriers and their common commitment to supporting the country’s tourism goals as part of Oman’s 2040 Vison.
