The current edition of the Sheikh Zayed Festival is welcoming a huge turnout of visitors who are enjoying a myriad of amazing cultural performers, artists, pop shows, and folkloric groups from around the world. A range of heritage shows and entertainment attractions are featured throughout the Festival’s run, which are specially curated for its guests and visitors. The Higher Organizing Committee of the Festival planned an array of competitions and draws for this year with prizes that include cars, gifts, and other various prizes. The Sheikh Zayed Festival in Al Wathba, currently running until 18 March of 2023, features various competitions and raffle draws for visitors to win more than 15 cars and many other valuable prizes. A continuous schedule for the draws will run through the months of January, February and March 2023. The Higher Organizing Committee of the Sheikh Zayed Festival revealed the schedule of events and activities for the Festival’s 51st National Day of the UAE celebrations, which include drone shows, a huge fireworks display, the Union Parade (on December 3rd), the Global Civilization Parade, the Emirates Fountain Shows and many other cultural and heritage festivities. As part of the country’s 51st National Day celebrations, the Festival has prepared a line-up of events beginning at 2 pm (instead of the usual 4 pm) until 1:00 am over the course of three days, starting December 1st until the 3rd. The program combines several cultural and heritage entertainment attractions held in a joyful family-friendly environment that is meant to bring the celebratory spirit into the hearts of the Festival’s visitors coming from different parts of the country, including tourists from around the world who will take part in the 51st National Day of the UAE program. Under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, and the insightful guidance of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Zayed Festival 2022-2023 will be launched on November the 18th at Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi. The Higher Organizing Committee of the Sheikh Zayed Festival announced that the Festival, in its new edition, will include over 4,000 events in addition to 750 major public performances and activities over 120 days of filled with joy, entertainment and culture. The Festival will conclude its events on the 18th of March 2023, and is being held this year under the slogan “UAE: Uniting Civilizations”.
