Dubai Parks and Resorts, Middle East’s largest theme park destination, has announced its new season line up, featuring the premiere of the Lionsgate zone at MOTIONGATE™ Dubai and a series of exciting events on the river at Riverland™ Dubai. The Lionsgate zone at MOTIONGATE™ Dubai features the world’s first rides and attractions inspired by the international blockbuster movie series ‘The Hunger Games’.Riverland™ Dubai, the themed dining, retail and entertainment district at the centre of Dubai Parks and Resorts has also announced its season line up of free events including Circus on the River in November and Pets on the River in December and a host of new events during public holidays. Effective from September 1, 2017, international visitors ticket prices have also been announced for the winter season, with day tickets ranging from AED 235 /Rs 4,100 per park or AED 285/ Rs 4,980 for two parks. The seasonal tickets will give the guests the opportunity to experience over 100 rides and attractions at the destination. Ticket prices are the same for adults and children, with kids below the age of 3 entering free. Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest theme park destination announced the introduction of a special summer pass for visitors to enjoy access to the destination and four other attractions across Dubai. The dxbpass offers guests the chance to tour the world class theme parks at Dubai Parks and Resorts — Bollywood Parks™, MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai and LEGOLAND® Water Park, as well as Hub Zero, Mattel Play! Town, Green Planet and Splash Pad, along with a 20% discount on selected restaurants at Riverland™ Dubai and Lapita™ Hotel. The pass was introduced for purchase on June 4 and will be valid from June 15 to August 31. It can be booked online, on its website. In addition to the dxbpass, Dubai Parks and Resorts is also organizing a two-week edutainment Summer Camp, allowing children to play, explore and experience unlimited fun at Dubai’s best attractions. This two-week Summer Camp offers endless opportunities to engage children’s curiosity as well as boost their confidence and creativity at locations across the city. Experiences vary from treasure hunts at LEGOLAND® Dubai and Green Planet to indoor dance classes at Bollywood Parks™ Dubai and MOTIONGATE™ Dubai as well as movie experiences at Roxy Cinemas.

The much awaited Dubai Parks and Resorts the region’s largest theme park destination will open its gates to the public on October 31, 2016. This unique destination will be comprised of three theme parks – Bollywood Parks Dubai, MOTIONGATE Dubai, and LEGOLAND Dubai, together with LEGOLAND Water Park.  The destination will also include Riverland  Dubai, a themed retail, dining, and entertainment experience, along with the Lapita Hotel, a Polynesian-themed family resort.
