Dusit Princess Residences Dubai Marina officially announced its highly-anticipated reopening, bringing in an exciting new chapter in the Dusit Hotels and Resorts’ property. The hotel will be opening its doors on the February 1, 2020 after undergoing a complete renovation designed to facilitate business and leisure. Discerning travellers can expect new levels of unparalleled, tastefully-designed living spaces and extraordinary service following the hotel’s renovation. The 35-story building has been revamped with fully-furnished luxury apartments, holiday homes, and residential units designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, giving a spectacular view of the Marina. Dusit Hotels and Resorts has signed a Management Agreement with ACES Property Development to operate DusitPrincess ACES Dubai, a new hotel apartment project within Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. This will be Dusit Hotels and Resorts’ sixth property in the Middle East. DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will comprise of over 250 spacious apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. Amenities will include: spa, various dining options, gym, sauna and pool with an open-air café. Strategically located overlooking the Dubai Marina Skyline, and offering easy access to the new Al Maktoum International Airport, the Palm Jumeirah, and other exciting shopping and entertainment venues, DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will cater to both transient and extended stay guests, promising elegant accommodation complemented by Dusit’s legendary Asian hospitality — creating a true ‘home away from home.’

Dusit Hotels and Resorts announces the signing of a technical design agreement with ACES Property Development to bring a new hotel apartment project under the DusitPrincess brand to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The agreement was formalised at a signing ceremony recently held at the Dusit Thani Bangkok presided over by executives from both companies, including Dusit’s Group Chief Executive Officer Suphajee Suthumpun and Founding Director of ACES, Kashif Shahzad.  The DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will be located in the Jumeirah Village Circle, in close proximity to the new Al Makhtoum International Airport, the Palm Jumeirah, and other exciting shopping and entertainment venues.
