Qatar Airways celebrates the resumption of services to Venice, Italy

Qatar Airways’ resumed services to Venice with non-stop daily flights between Hamad International Airport (DOH), and Venice Marco Polo (VCE) Airport. Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Thierry Antinori, said: “As we enter the summer season, we are excited to resume our daily service to Venice. Etihad Airways to start daily flights to Toronto

Following the recently expanded air services agreement between the UAE and Canada, Etihad Airways has announced it will increase flights to Toronto. On 30 May, Etihad Airways will introduce an additional weekly flight between Abu Dhabi and Toronto, on top of its current six-per-week flight schedule, to offer travellers a daily connection. “Etihad is thrilled to begin flying daily between Abu Dhabi and Toronto, which has been one of our busiest routes in 2023 as a result of the rapid recovery and continued growth in travel demand between the UAE and Canada,” said Arik De, Chief Revenue Officer at Etihad Airways. “Our daily service will provide business and leisure travellers, the Canadian diaspora and the large body of students from the UAE enrolled in Canada’s world-class universities with a convenient flight option every day of the week. “We thank the government and civil aviation authorities for laying the groundwork for us to strengthen the air links between our two countries, which are essential for tourism, trade and bilateral relations.” Etihad will this year mark 18 years since it began serving Toronto in October 2005.  The carrier has an interline agreement with WestJet and a codeshare with Air Canada which allow guests to benefit from seamless connectivity in Toronto to more than 15 destinations. Emirates restarts flights to London Stansted with a daily service

Emirates has resumed passenger services to London Stansted (STN), serving its third London gateway with a daily flight. The airline has advanced plans to increase capacity from five-weekly services to a daily flight, starting from today. With the return of services to Stansted, Emirates has ramped up  its operations to London with nine daily flights, including six daily flights to Heathrow and a double daily flight to Gatwick.*  The added services will meet market demand and offer customers more travel choices and enhanced connectivity this summer. London Stansted will be served by Emirates’ wide-body Boeing 777-300ER aircraft fitted with its renowned ‘Game Changer’ First Class product. Emirates flight EK65 will depart Dubai at 08:50hrs and arrive in London Stansted at 13:30hrs local time. The return flight, EK68 will depart London Stansted at 21:10hrs and arrive in Dubai at 7:10hrs local time, the following day. Tickets can be purchased on emirates.com, Emirates Sales Office, via travel agents or through online travel agents. London Stansted remains a key hub for the airline’s passenger and cargo operations. The daily service will offer customers in East and Southeast UK more travel options, flexibility, and convenience when travelling with Emirates to more than 130 destinations, via Dubai. flydubai resumes daily flights to Abha in Saudi Arabia

flydubai announced that it will resume operations to Abha in Saudi Arabia commencing 23rd June with a daily service. flydubai has built a network of more than 100 destinations in 50 countries served by a young fleet of 64 Boeing 737 aircraft. The carrier has recently resumed its operations to Gassim, Ha’il and Tabuk, and has launched its twice-weekly flights to AlUla; its newest destination in the Kingdom. flydubai has taken delivery of five new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft this year with a further 17 to be delivered by the end of the year; supporting the airline’s growing network. The carrier will start operations to 10 additional routes from 22 June onwards and this includes flights to new destinations, Izmir and Pisa, as well as the resumption of operations to popular seasonal summer destinations such as Bodrum, Mykonos, Santorini and Tivat. Flights to Abha International Airport (AHB) will operate daily from Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB) from 23 June 2022. Return Business Class fares from DXB to AHB start from AED 3,800 and Economy Class Lite fares start from AED 1,500. Return Business Class fares from AHB to DXB start from SAR 3,800 and Economy Class Lite fares start from SAR 1,500.
