New Anantara Resort in Bandar Al Khairan, Muscat to launch in 2026

Minor Hotels announced the continued expansion of its luxury Anantara brand in Oman with the upcoming development of a new resort in Bandar Al Khairan, Muscat. Located on the rugged Omani coast just 45 minutes from the capital, the new-build 121-key property is slated to launch in 2026. The resort in Bandar Al Khairan, to be operated by Anantara, will feature 51 guest rooms, 46 chalets, and 24 villas nestled along the mountain shoreline overlooking the crystal-clear water of the Gulf of Oman. Designed to offer contemporary luxury and set within a dramatic natural landscape, each generously sized guest room will be a stylish haven in the heart of the resort, while one and two-bedroom villas will be set separately among lush gardens for enhanced privacy. A selection of units will include private pools for exclusive relaxation and additional comfort throughout Oman’s hot summers. A dedication to gourmet dining will be found across five restaurants and bars including all-day international dining, a speciality restaurant, a beach restaurant, a delicatessen café, and a rooftop bar with spectacular sea views. Minor Hotels announces Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat in the UAE

Anantara Hotels and Resorts marks World Environment Day 2022 by signing the UNESCO Sustainable Travel Pledge

Minor Hotels announces Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel

Minor Hotels announces an upcoming addition to its Anantara portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel will be the brand’s third property in the thriving global leisure and financial hub when it joins the portfolio on 1 July. Minor Hotels signs agreement with DGDA in KSA

Minor Hotels announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Diriyah Gate Development Authority to develop a hotel under its luxury Anantara brand.  Diriyah is set to become the historic hub of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will showcase 300+ years of the country’s history through an engaging and inspiring set of cultural, heritage, hospitality, education, shopping and dining experiences for residents, tourists, and frequent visitors. Located just outside the Saudi capital of Riyadh, the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) is transforming more than 11 square kilometres of Diriyah into what will become the world’s largest cultural and lifestyle development, which will be home to 38 hotel brands, more than 100 restaurants and 400 plus luxury retail brands and souk offerings. Seven Tides launches five-year payment plan for Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences

Seven Tides has launched a new five-year payment plan for its Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences. Potential buyers can purchase ready-to-move-in properties in the luxury development with a deposit of 20% of the total sales price. A further 5% would be paid every quarter thereafter, starting 12 months from the date of the initial reservation agreement. From the original 449 units, there are now only 160 left, comprising one- and two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are available in various sizes between 1156 sq. ft. and 1560 sq. ft. and their price starts from AED 2,730,000; while the two-bedroom apartments, with land area varying between 1774 sq. ft. and 2248 sq. ft., have their starting price fixed at AED 3,990,000.
