Inspired by the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, this collection focuses on guest experience and introduces the branded residences segment. Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the development will include a sophisticated beach club, exquisite restaurant, and captivating infinity pool, all adjacent to the Wynn Resort Island and overlooking the picturesque Arabian Gulf. The Unexpected Hotels & Residences will keep the innovative spirit of Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, preserving its visual identity with recognizable elements like its typography, characteristic color, and iconic hummingbird.
