Miral announced that Yas Island is on track to become a fully contactless destination through the adoption of FacePass.  This cutting-edge contactless technology is part of Miral’s digital transformation strategy for Yas Island.  Rolled out in phases across the island, it will streamline guest experiences using facial recognition, with Yas Theme Parks leading the way as the first theme parks in the region to adopt FacePass. Miral unveils exciting lineup of unique concepts at Yas Bay

Miral announced a line-up of nightlife brands at Yas Bay’s Waterfront, the Emirate’s upcoming vibrant destination. Set to further elevate Abu Dhabi’s nightlife scene, Yas Bay Waterfront’s additions include Asia Asia, The Central, and Lock, Stock & Barrel by Solutions Leisure Group, in addition to Zeera, Bushra, and Siddharta Lounge by Buddha-Bar Group and Capital Motion. La Carnita, a Mexican restaurant hailing from Toronto, will also be calling Yas Bay Waterfront its new home in Abu Dhabi. Miral appoints Hilton to bring brands to Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island

Miral, Abu Dhabi’s curator of experiences, appoints Hilton, to bring two of its new and unique hospitality offerings to Yas Island, while it invests AED 627 Million in their development. The WB Abu Dhabi, the world’s first Warner Bros. branded hotel, will be operated and managed by Hilton under its upper-upscale Curio Collection by Hilton brand, while the serviced residences to be managed by DoubleTree by Hilton. SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, marine life theme park to be ready soon

Miral announced that over 40% construction completion of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. In collaboration with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, this landmark project will bring the next generation of marine life theme parks to Yas Island and will be home to the UAE’s first dedicated marine research, rescue, rehabilitation and return center providing world-class facilities to support regional and global conservation efforts. Miral announces major milestones on Yas Bay, USD 3.26bn development

Miral announced the latest milestones and construction progress at Yas Island’s Yas Bay. His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Executive Council and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Office, visited the development and was briefed on construction progress and milestones achieved to date. Etihad and Miral sign agreement for entertainment venue on Yas Island

World’s first Warner Bros. Hotel to open in Yas Island in 2021

Miral and Warner Bros. announced the world’s first Warner Bros. (WB) branded hotel – The WB Abu Dhabi, is currently being developed on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Set to open in 2021, construction of the USD 112 million hotel is well underway and is now 40% complete. The WB Abu Dhabi will be located adjacent to the award-winning Warner Bros. Miral, Yas Island’s creator of destinations has joined efforts with Microsoft on an ambitious digital-transformation journey that promises to reshape the global leisure and entertainment industry. By adopting key Microsoft technologies, Miral will deliver unparalleled guest experiences to tens of millions of annual visitors, setting new benchmarks for innovation in the sector. Miral is the developer and promoter of Yas Island, a family entertainment and leisure destination including a range of world-class attractions, theme parks such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld and the Warner Bros. Warner Brothers Abu Dhabi to open in 2018

Miral has confirmed that Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, an indoor theme park spanning 1.65 million square feet and home to 29 immersive rides, entertaining shows and interactive attractions, will open in 2018. The fully-immersive world-class park will also include retail outlets featuring a wide collection of merchandise inspired by Warner Bros. franchises as well as a full range of dining options from full-service sit down to grab and go. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi will bring together Super Heroes and Super-Villains from the DC Universe, including Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, as well as Warner Bros.’ iconic animated properties such as Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo and Tom and Jerry, creating a family-friendly destination for fans of all ages. “We are very excited to be announcing the number of rides, shows and attractions for Warner Bros.
