Commercial Strategy Conference ME by HSMAI ME to focus on new revenue strategies in the industry

The 7th Annual Commercial Strategy Conference ME, organised by Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Middle East will take place on 26 and 27 November 2024, focusing on new revenue strategies in the hospitality industry. The event brings together the region’s hospitality sales, marketing and revenue management professionals for unmatched educational insights, connections, inspiration and awards. Staged at the Conrad Dubai hotel, the Commercial Strategy Conference (CSC) will gather industry peers for two days of exclusive presentations, panel debates, networking opportunities and more, including the ROCKSTAR Awards, which recognise and celebrate standout on-property individuals for their remarkable contribution to the Middle East hospitality sector. The Commercial Strategy Conference, which also takes place annually across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, debuted in the Middle East in 2018 as the only conference of its kind in the region. The event addresses the industry’s most pressing issues and hottest topics, with HSMAI’s advisory board – all longstanding, highly experienced industry experts – playing a significant role in the conference content. HSMAI Middle East concludes 6th Annual ROC Commercial Strategy Conference,

The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Middle East successfully concluded its 6th Annual ROC Commercial Strategy Conference, the last of the Global, Commercial Strategy Conferences after London, Toronto, Singapore, India, and Korea. The event’s theme was around Connect Evolve Lead. Connect: Phil Bedford, MSc, Asentiv Worldwide, shared an inspiring keynote on networking in the hotel industry. Evolve: Steven van Belleghem, a Customer Experience Enthusiast spoke about the story of evolution and the infusion of genuine Customer Culture. Lead: Michael Dominguez, Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) spoke about The Importance of Culture, Understanding the importance of humility and starting with building the right team members. The HSMAI conference was a remarkable gathering of minds, highlighted by global keynote speakers whose insights were both relevant and thought-provoking. The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International Middle East (HSMAI ME) has wrapped up day one its 5th Annual ROC Commercial Strategy Conference, with numerous keynotes, panel discussions and trends & insights sessions covering a wide range of topics aimed at accelerating recovery in the hospitality industry. The event took place on 28 November at the Conrad Dubai with industry professionals gathered to hear keynotes and panels exploring every aspect of hospitality, from sales, marketing, to commercial and revenue management.
