Abu Dhabi based developer Eagle Hills has announced plans to complete building its second five-star hotel in Fujairah named the Palace Fujairah Beach hotel by 2019. Currently, they are building The Address Fujairah Resort and Spa. The Palace Fujairah Beach hotel will have 162 rooms, a health club, cafes and restaurants and meeting room facilities. Alongside it, Eagle Hills is building a gated residential community featuring 84 villas and town houses, which will be the first residential development in Fujairah city with direct access to the beach. The developer said that the site is an 8-minute drive from the local airport and 25 minutes from the border with Oman.

Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, has announced the award of its contract for marine and grading works on The Address Fujairah Resort and Spa and The Address Residences Fujairah Resort and Spa, to BATCO Group, a general engineering and contracting company. The project is located in Sharm in Fujairah, famous for its landscape of mountains and sea views, and is situated south of Al Aqah beach and only 21 kilometres south of Dibba Al Fujairah, offering uninterrupted sea views. The mixed-use development will offer the emirate’s residents and visitors a holistic experience of hospitality, leisure and entertainment. It comprises The Address Fujairah Resort and Spa hotel, and The Address Residences Fujairah Resort and Spa. On completion, the five-star hotel will include 198 keys, five beach and five garden villas, four residential buildings with central courtyards, adding to a total of 170 branded and serviced residences. Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, in partnership with The Address Hotels and Resorts,  has announced the official launch of sales for The Address Residences Fujairah Resort and Spa. Premier serviced and branded apartments of The Address Residences Fujairah Resort and Spa are now available for purchase, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom options with varied spaces of 102 to 325 sq m. All units have sea views, while all ground floor apartments include private gardens. The apartments are ideally situated at the centre of the development, a short walk to the beach and waterfront promenade. Residents will have full access to the hotel’s amenities. On completion, the development will include a five-star hotel with 196 keys, 10 beach and garden villas, four residential buildings with central courtyards, adding to a total of 170 branded and serviced residences. The Address Fujairah Resort and Spa was recently unveiled as the first development for Eagle Hills in the United Arab Emirates. The development is set to be completed by mid-2019.
