dnata Travel has introduced a new B2B booking portal for travel agents, providing the trade with a streamlined platform to access and book products through its dnata Representation Services – Land (dRS) division. The launch marks a significant step in dnata Travel’s digital transformation, moving agents away from manual and offline processes to a fully automated booking system. In the first phase, travel agents can directly book resort stays with Club Med and car rentals from Hertz, with additional brands expected to be integrated into the portal in future phases. The platform offers real-time availability, dynamic pricing, faster booking turnaround and access to exclusive trade offers. “This platform reflects our strategic move toward greater digital enablement and smarter partner engagement,” said Rakhi Purohit. “By consolidating a wide range of GSA products into one accessible system, we aim to enhance operational efficiency and provide travel agents with more ways to drive value and revenue in a competitive market.” Purohit added that the new digital infrastructure will also support real-time promotions, training opportunities and future expansion of the GSA portfolio.
