Seven City JLT to open in 2023

Seven Tides has appointed UAE-based Airolink as the main building contractor, to complete the construction of its Seven City JLT development in Jumeirah Lake Towers, in Dubai. The project is valued at over AED 1 billion and due for completion in Q2 2023, Seven City JLT with a total built up area of up to 3.5 million square feet and situated within Cluster Z in DMCC, opposite the Montgomery and Emirates’ golf courses and the Emirates Hills community. Commenting on the appointment, Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides said, “Airolink is well established, has a solid reputation along with a wealth of experience across numerous sectors, which is ideal for this development. Work is well underway on site and we are already working with Airolink at our Seven Palm development on Palm Jumeirah, so this should be a smooth transition.” “We are offering excellent value at a competitive price point. In addition, we offer a very attractive easy payment option consisting of a 5% deposit, followed by payments equal to 6% of the cost price to be paid every subsequent quarter. We estimate that studios should yield 12% per annum,” said Bin Sulayem. Seven Tides appoints Minor Hotels to manage Ibn Battuta Gate property

Seven Tides has confirmed Minor Hotels will be the new operator of its iconic five-star, 396-key Ibn Battuta Gate property in Dubai. Minor Hotels is now managing the property, which will be rebranded to Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel, the newest addition to the Oaks Hotels, Resorts, and Suites portfolio, its second branded property in Dubai and its third in the United Arab Emirates. Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides, said, “The hotel first opened in 2010 and we’ve enjoyed an excellent relationship with the previous management company over the past ten years. However, we decided that the Minor Hotels’ Oaks brand was better aligned to our strategic business objectives as we move forward, through and post-COVID-19.” “The Minor Hotels group is no stranger to Seven Tides, we have worked with them on a range of successful projects, including the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. Seven Tides appoints Barceló Hotel Group to manage DUKES Dubai

Luxury residential and hospitality property developer Seven Tides has confirmed Barceló Hotel Group as the new operator of its five-star DUKES Dubai, located on the west trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The hotel will be rebranded as DUKES Dubai – A Royal Hideaway Hotel and will become the first property in the region under the Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts brand which features unique destination hotels connected with art and culture as well as authenticity, detail and discretion. Seven Tides launches five-year payment plan for Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences

Seven Tides has launched a new five-year payment plan for its Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences. Potential buyers can purchase ready-to-move-in properties in the luxury development with a deposit of 20% of the total sales price. A further 5% would be paid every quarter thereafter, starting 12 months from the date of the initial reservation agreement. From the original 449 units, there are now only 160 left, comprising one- and two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are available in various sizes between 1156 sq. ft. and 1560 sq. ft. and their price starts from AED 2,730,000; while the two-bedroom apartments, with land area varying between 1774 sq. ft. and 2248 sq. ft., have their starting price fixed at AED 3,990,000. 273-room DUKES Dubai opens

DUKES Dubai has opened doors on December 28. “Once complete, DUKES Dubai will consist of 273 guestrooms including 64 suites, with a ladies-only Liberty Duchess floor featuring 20 rooms, as well as 227 fully furnished hotel apartments and six distinctive dining experiences,” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides. The five-star hotel is located on the west trunk of Palm Jumeirah. It is the first international property for DUKES, which has been popular with GCC visitors in London for decades. The soft opening of DUKES Dubai comes at a time when Dubai’s popularity with British nationals continues to rise. In 2015 Dubai welcomed 1.2 million visitors from the UK, representing the emirate’s third largest source market. DUKES Dubai apartments on show at Cityscapes Global

Dubai-based luxury property developer Seven Tides returns to Cityscape Global, which takes place from September 6-8, 2016, at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre (DICEC), with an update on construction of the newest addition to its luxury hospitality and residential portfolio, DUKES Dubai. Seven Tides’ executives will also share details of demand for its high-end collection of Palm Jumeirah apartment developments, with both the Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences and DUKES Dubai hotel apartments almost sold out. “We are now really seeing the building begin to develop its unique personality, and this is a milestone moment for Seven Tides as we can begin to count down to handover at the end of the year,” said Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides. The five-star DUKES Dubai marks the first international property for the DUKES Collections brand, the flagship DUKES London has long been a popular destination for GCC travelers. In addition, 90 per cent of block, drywall and cladding works have been finished with 60 per cent of the residence’ balconies completed and overall general finishing works at the halfway mark, and 50 per cent complete.
