Dubai to roll out world class live entertainment, cultural and lifestyle events in December 2022

Dubai Calendar, the official listing platform for events in the city, has curated a range of the best live entertainment, cultural, lifestyle and sporting events that will take place in Dubai during December 2022. The epic line up of events includes the BudX FIFA Fan Festival, Emirates Airline Dubai 7s, Dubai Shopping Festival and the Christmas Concert at Dubai Opera, and much more. As the sporting season moves into top gear with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM, Dubai is pulling out all the stops to add to the excitement with a host of football-themed fan zones, sports lounges, and family-friendly destinations to welcome sports enthusiasts. These destinations include the BudX FIFA Fan Festival at Dubai Harbour which will be one of only six international flagship FIFA Fan Festivals worldwide. Additionally, there will be fan-zones dotted throughout the city, from the football-themed Fan City at Expo City Dubai, Fanzone by McGettigan’s at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, Press Play at Precision Football and many more. Emirates Dubai 7s is one of the largest sports and entertainment festivals in the Middle East. This year is set to be bigger and better than ever before, with international music headliners such as Gorgon City and Craig David making for an epic celebration of music and the best international men’s and women’s rugby teams from 1st – 3rd  December. Dubai to welcome live entertainment events in February and March 2022

Dubai Calendar, the official listing platform for events in the city, has revealed a spectacular range of sporting and lifestyle events, as well as live entertainment that will take place across the city in February and March, including the much-awaited Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship, the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, a concert by Pakistani music icon Atif Aslam and a number of theatrical performances. Strict adherence to safety measures such as contactless payments, wearing of masks and social distancing will be followed across all events to ensure the safety of all guests, performers and staff. The Dubai World Cup will take place at Meydan Racecourse on 26 March and provides a truly global stage upon which the best racehorses in the world come to compete every year. A highlight in the sporting and social calendar, this tournament is considered the world’s richest day of horse racing. One of the region’s biggest cycling challenges, the UAE Tour returns to Dubai for its fourth edition. Gear up for seven days of nail-biting action and the only WorldTour race competition in the Middle East as it commences on 20 February taking riders through 1,081km of scenic routes across five emirates and finishes on 26 February. Dubai gets ready for summer entertainment with artists from around the world

Extending its events season throughout 2019, Dubai is set to welcome a remarkable line-up of artists from across the world to entertain the city this summer. From large scale stadium productions to intimate live shows, don’t miss the chance to secure your tickets to the city’s trending events which are now available to purchase through Dubai Calendar. Eid in Dubai celebrations will kick off the entertainment season across the city, including a variety of concerts featuring artists such as Tamer Hosny performing at Dubai Opera on June 6; and Wael Kfoury and Ragheb Alama performing at the Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre on June 7. Meanwhile, with its official launch on June 6, the Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai’s first and largest air-conditioned multipurpose indoor venue, offering exceptional state-of-the- art sound system and almost 400 square metres of LED screens, will host the return of global stand-up comedy superstar Russell Peters. The Arena will also be hosting the already sold-out performance of world-famous pop-rock band Maroon 5 on June 14, celebrating the group’s return to Dubai for the first time in eight years.
