Cebu Pacific has launched a new product that enables travellers to purchase unlimited one-way tickets within the Philippines for a low price of only AED 7 (Php 99) this May 5. The CEB Super Pass allows travellers to purchase all of the vouchers they want for a low one-way base fare, and fly whenever they wish across CEB’s widest domestic network.  The vouchers will only be available for purchase for a limited time, from today, May 5, until May 12, 2021. Travel dates for Cebu Pacific’s Super Pass will be any date from May 12, 2021 to May 31, 2022! Cebu Pacific accelerates digital transformation to make travel more convenient

Cebu Pacific reaffirms its full commitment to speed up its digital transformation, in line with its staunch resolve to make travel more convenient and accessible amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. CEB has taken great strides in continuously improving overall customer experience by enhancing its online booking, check-in, manage booking, as well as CEB’s virtual assistant named ‘Charlie the chatbot’. The carrier has begun ramping-up its customer-first initiatives through digital innovation in 2017—making CEB one of the first airlines in Asia to invest in an integrated facility and technology for social intelligence and customer engagement. “We are glad to have started our digital transformation journey even before the pandemic because we have come to rely on it in this new normal environment. Cebu Pacific launches affordable COVID-19 testing options

Cebu Pacific (CEB) has launched affordable COVID-19 testing options to boost confidence in air travel. Passengers traveling from Dubai to Manila with connecting or transfer flights to select provinces in the Philippines, can now avail of antigen tests through the airline’s Test Before Boarding (TBB) initiative for only AED54 (Php700).The antigen tests, which provide results within 30 minutes, are accepted for travel to General Santos City, Butuan, Dipolog, and Pagadian. For these destinations, passengers can head directly to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 just  a few hours before their estimated time of departure to get the test. Passengers will just have to register onsite and pay the fee to CEB’s diagnostic partner, Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADL). Only those holding negative test results will be allowed to board the flight. The airline’s price for the antigen test is considered the lowest in the industry, with its TBB testing facility at the NAIA Terminal 3 now open for walk-ins from 2 AM to 2 PM daily. Meanwhile, all of its other domestic and international flights, including travel between Manila and Dubai maintain the requirement of a negative RT-PCR test result.CEB has ensured this need is fully covered with RT-PCR tests for only AED 255 (PHP 3,300) via its three partner laboratories, namely: PADL, Health Metrics, Inc. (HMI), and Safeguard DNA Diagnostics Inc. (SDDI). Cebu Pacific partners with Al Ansari Exchange for flight payment solutions

Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ largest carrier has partnered with Al Ansari Exchange, a UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company to provide easy and hassle-free payment solutions to passengers in the UAE. The agreement paves the way for customers flying with Cebu Pacific to process their payments for flight tickets at any of the 188 Al Ansari Exchange branches located across the UAE, thus, providing more convenience for their travel arrangements. Travellers who prefer to pay in cash can now do so through the over-the-counter facilities of any Al Ansari Exchange, for bookings they have made through Cebu Pacific’s website or mobile app, and phone bookings, within 24 hours. Cebu Pacific to serve Halal-certified in-flight meals

Passengers on-board Cebu Pacific will be served all Halal-certified in-flight meals in adherence to the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system for international food safety. Moreover, these dishes come with nutritional and product information, as reference for an increasing number of health-conscious passengers on CEB. Cebu Pacific takes a step forward in enhancing passenger experience with the launch of its all-new in-flight meal selection, in partnership with Miascor Catering, a joint business venture between Miascor Holdings and  Gate Gourmet. Starting September 2017, all domestic and international flights of Cebu Pacific will be offering a fresh selection of pre-ordered meals, including 12 new dishes up for grabs. Ranging from rice meals, pasta and noodles, and premium sandwich packs, the new Cebu Pacific in-flight menu was created exclusively by Miascor Catering to the varied tastes and preferences of the CEB flier. “Guests can easily pre-order the new CEB Meals during booking, or up to 24 hours before their flights. These new inflight dishes are prepared only when pre-ordered, to provide guests with fresh and delectable meals at 35,000 feet,” said Candice Iyog, Vice President for Marketing and Distribution.
